1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms of business apply to the provision of accommodation services at the FKK Sovinje campsite through the website www.fkksovinje.hr (hereinafter: the ‘Website’).
1.2. By booking accommodation through the FKK Sovinje Website, the customer accepts these terms of business.
1.3. Orlić d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Terms of Use
2.1. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered when making a reservation.
2.2. Orlić d.o.o. is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect data entry by the customer.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1. All prices on the Website are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
3.2. Orlić d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices valid at the time of reservation confirmation are considered final.
3.3. Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, and Diners) or bank transfer, depending on the options available on the Website.

4. Reservation Cancellation and Complaints
4.1. The customer has the right to cancel the reservation within 14 days of receiving the reservation confirmation without providing a reason, with a full refund. If the number of days from the creation of the reservation to the start of the accommodation service is less than 14 days, the customer does not have the right to cancel.
4.2. The refund will be processed via bank transfer to the IBAN account number provided by the guest with the refund request.
4.3. In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 10 of the Hospitality Industry Act, we inform you that you may submit a written complaint regarding the provided service, purchased goods, or our business operations at the following addresses: Orlić d.o.o., Mulina 7, 23212 Tkon, or via email at sovinje@tkon.hr.

5. Personal Data Protection
5.1. Orlić d.o.o. respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
5.2. Customers' personal data will be used exclusively for reservation processing, customer communication, and customer information purposes.

6. Online Payment Security Statement

7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any disputes that may arise from business transactions through the Website will be resolved amicably.
7.2. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court in Zadar shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. These terms take effect on the date of their publication on the FKK Sovinje Website.
8.2. The customer is required to read these terms before making a purchase, and it is considered that the customer is familiar with and accepts them with each reservation.
8.3. In the event of changes to these terms, the amendments will apply to all reservations made after the date of their publication.
